"Festival of the Atlantic"
The Festival of the Atlantic begins its nineteenth season of concerts on the beach with the Gala Opening Concert Orchestra. Nine Concerts are held at Jenkinson's Inlet in Point Pleasant Beach at 7:30pm each Wednesday evening though September 4th, ending with the season Grand Finale. Featured is the professional full symphony Orchestra of St. Peter by the Sea, outstanding guest soloists, a wonderful variety of music, and Fr. Alphonse Stephenson, who conducts this body of talent with vigor and humor. Each concert this summer will have a theme: People, Places, Things, etc. Enjoying all of this will be audiences of 6,000 or more every week. The Festival is an outstanding event at the Jersey Shore each summer. |
